Support to plan on our comms/marketing

We are looking for support to plan on our comms/marketing for a couple of items:

• We have started a new internal shop which sells items with our logo on (hoodies, bags, mugs, bottles), we are looking for a plan on how to promote the shop, including some posters with QR codes and some social media posts, with a view to potentially open it up to the public – all profit goes to the charity
• Advertising out text donate service – recently set up and we need a plan on how to maximise donations.

If there was anyone who could either produce a full comms plan for advertising (e.g dates to tie in with like nurses day etc) or do design work for us then it would be greatly appreciated.
